Senior BW/4HANA Analyst

We are looking for an experienced BW/4HANA Analyst to join the BI & Analytics team of a forward-thinking international company. In this role, you'll help shape and optimize the data landscape while ensuring reliable insights for the business.

What you'll do

• Take ownership of the SAP BW/4HANA environment: monitor, troubleshoot and optimize performance
• Design and implement new data models and end-to-end reporting solutions in Power BI
• Partner with business stakeholders and IT colleagues to translate requirements into scalable BI solutions
• Coach and support end users in working with dashboards, creating custom analyses and understanding the data model
• Help manage and improve the Power BI platform and contribute to building a strong BI community within the organization
• Integrate and transform data from diverse sources (SAP BW/4HANA, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, flat files, external data)

• Define KPIs, set up security rules and build compelling visualizations that bring data to life

   

What you bring

• 4+ years hands-on experience in SAP BW/4HANA development
• 3-4 years experience with Power BI
• Master's degree in IT, Engineering or similar (or equivalent experience)
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data modeling and databases
• A proactive, solution-driven attitude with eye for detail
• Strong communicator who can bridge between business and IT

• Fluent in English
