DevOps Engineer - AWS - Tergos

Introduction

Our client, a leading company in the financial services sector, is looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to strengthen its multidisciplinary IT team. The organization is undergoing a major digital transformation, focused on innovation, modernization, and continuous improvement of its application landscape. Working within an Agile/Scrum environment, you'll play a key role in optimizing infrastructure and supporting the company's cloudification journey.

The role

• Implement and administer various application hosting platforms in collaboration with international expert teams.
• Automate integration, testing, and deployment processes, ensuring smooth and reliable delivery.
• Work closely with Agile, Business, and Support teams to resolve incidents and optimize platform performance.

• Contribute to the robustness, scalability, and continuous improvement of the company's IT platforms and services.

   

Your profile

• Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience) with strong expertise in Linux systems administration
• Skilled in scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python, …) and infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Puppet, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, OpenShift) and Cloud platforms (AWS)

• Strong analytical mindset, team-oriented, and proactive, with excellent communication skills in English and either Dutch or French.
