Are you a Data Engineer with a passion for cloud technologies and cutting-edge data architectures?
We're currently looking for an experienced Data Engineer to join a fast-paced, agile team working on large-scale data solutions using Azure and Snowflake.

What you'll do:

  • Design, develop and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines in Azure using Azure Data Factory
  • Work with structured and semi-structured data, bringing it into Snowflake from various sources
  • Build and manage data structures and data flows within Azure
  • Apply Data Vault 2.0 methodology to create scalable, flexible data warehouse architectures
  • Design and implement dimensional models (Kimball) to support analytics and reporting
  • Optimize storage, compute, and queries in Snowflake and Azure-based environments
  • Automate deployment and testing of data structures using CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile (Scrum) setup
  • Monitor data flows, resolve issues proactively, and improve data solution reliability

 

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer with a strong Azure and Snowflake background
  • Excellent SQL skills for data transformation and processing
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure DevOps (or GitHub for CI/CD)
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep)
  • Familiarity with real-time data processing tools (Kafka, Spark Streaming, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, data lakes, and warehousing best practices
  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) in a cloud environment
  • Knowledge of Data Governance & Security practices
  • Certification in Snowflake or Azure is a plus

  • Experience with tools like Azure Synapse or Databricks is highly desirable
