Digital Technology Lead Industrial Engineering - Tergos

The Job

• Take care of digital systems used in production, automation, and equipment tracking tools
• Make sure all systems are reliable, secure, and follow industry rules
• Lead projects to add new digital tools or improve existing ones in line with business goals
• Work closely with teams from engineering, production, IT, and compliance

• Be the main contact for solving problems, managing risks, and planning improvements

   

Your Profile

• Master's degree in engineering, computer science, or a similar area
• At least 5 years of experience working with digital systems in a regulated industry
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing control systems
• Comfortable speaking and writing in English and French

• A team player who takes ownership, communicates well, and manages suppliers
