Application Support Engineer - Tergos

Are you someone who loves solving problems and making sure everything runs smoothly? Our client is looking for an Application Support Engineer to support and improve a key system used. You'll join a small, friendly team where your input really matters.

The job

• Handle support tickets via Jira for internal users
• Work with SQL daily to find and fix issues or pull reports
• Help with access requests and small configuration changes
• Do daily checks and reports to keep the system running smoothly
• Support production updates (about once a month, after hours)
• Work from the office every Monday with your team
   

Your profile

• Have a few years' experience in application support
• Are confident using SQL every day
• Know your way around Jira or similar tools
• Speak French and English fluently (Dutch is a bonus)
• Like working in a small team and learning on the go
