The Job
- Guarantee high-quality IT service delivery and ensure processes meet business needs.
- Act as a trusted partner for business stakeholders, product owners, and architects.
- Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and SLAs to ensure optimal performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through reporting, feedback, and data analysis.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent experience) with 7+ years in IT service delivery or operations.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL methodology (certification is a plus).
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
Fluent in English and native in Dutch or French, with proven experience in an international context.
