The Facility Security Management team is part of our Operations department. In this position you are responsible for developing, setting up and realizing service management within this team.

Thinking in the delivery of Services is essential, both in the context of day-to-day operations and projects. Standardization, rationalization, consolidation of information, processes, SLAs and reporting are things you enjoy working on, together with the other teams within Operations and with the other departments within the IT organization.

  • Design, apply and follow up a standardized and structured way (process) for the intake of requests: creating a service catalog, coordinating a more systematic management of (human and material) resources, ...
  • Optimize processes and reporting: standardize, measure, rationalize, consolidate and report uniformly; formulating improvement proposals
  • Organize and follow up regular meetings with suppliers
  • Coordinate critical or major incidents: route cause analysis, corrective actions, communication to all involved
  • Keep up to date with best practices and market trends

Your profile

• You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience

• You have at least 6 years of experience working on ITIL and managing multiple teams in the context of ITSM based on a peer-to-peer relationship

• You have an active knowledge of Dutch, French and English

• You have good general IT knowledge and are ITIL certified

• You are communicative and strong in building and maintaining relationship networks
